As part of Leeds Business Week, ABDN in partnership with Leeds Chamber and Education Leeds, hosted an event providing an insight into how Apprenticeships can make an organisation more effective, productive and competitive by addressing any skills gaps directly.

Guest speakers included Nick Wilson, Regional Director of the National Apprenticeship Service and Celebrity ‘Hairdresser of the Year’ Andrew Barton, who began his hairdressing career as an apprentice at a local salon in Barnsley. It provided a great opportunity to highlight the Apprenticeship Programme and the businesses that attended got much needed support in this area.
