ABDN in partnership with the International Enterprise Promotion Convention, presented a workshop on November 9th at the Harrogate International centre on Women Inspiring Business and Enterprise.
Keranjeet Kaur Virdee, the CEO of South Asian Arts UK, attended the convention as an ambassador of ABDN Women to raise awareness about this new project and spoke to attendees about her personal experience in business, the challenges she faced and how she overcame them offering a case study. Her presentation covered trials and tribulations faced by women in business and how to overcome them. Keranjeet commented “This was a great opportunity to present myself as a case study for women out there aspiring to get into business. I faced many difficulties that women generally face in developing my business and wanted to show an example of how to overcome them.”
